Our Memories Of Primary School Some of my own memories are: When Mrs Smyth helped us make paper Maché, And then took photos of them and put them on the website. Another one was when we went to the county council offices and got free sweets and drinks after the tour. When Charly left in 5th class, the whole class was upset! But then she came back after a few months. The time when Mrs Dooley bought the whole class ice-cream from Missy Moo's! And the final memory was last year's school tour. It was the best ever! We went to the Aquatic Centre, An Art gallery, shopping and we went to the cinema to see 'Are We Done Yet?' It was the best, and I had a great time with my best mates Charly And Shantel! They're like my sisters! =] Xo

When we were in Primary school we had a lot of good times. for instance, in second class we made our communion, in fourth class our teacher (Mrs Smyth) had a baby. In fifth class we had Mrs Dooley she was really cool. She bought us missy moo's ice-cream on one sunny day and we had a really good tour. This year, in sixth class we have Mrs Carbery and we made our confirmation. We're going to Arás an Uachtaráin and the aquatic centre. We had a bake sale too we raised the most money ever. We hope to have a lot more good memories in secondary school.

Legendary 6th Class! by Ellen, Charly, Laura, Tamara & Claire. Mrs. Carbery's 6h class is the coolest class ever!!! Not to mention the biggest class in the school with a total of 33 pupils. Let's talk about 4th class for now. We had Mrs. Smyth. Two new girls happily joined our class - Kate and Róisín. They are now part of the school/class family! Our best memory in 4th class was when Mrs. Smyth told us she was pregnant. 'Twas so emotional! Fifth class: so we had Ms. Dooley. The most legendary year, for example, the time Ms. Dooley bought us all ice-creams because it was a scorching hot day, and the time her two sisters came in to have a chat and they brought us Freddo bars. The time Mrs. Dooley stayed up really late making us Mars Delights (mmm, delicious). They are such good memories! And now in 6th class: Mrs. Carbery is our teacher. So much happens in 6th class! You have so much responsibility. We mind classes which is so much fun! Especially when the teacher's on yard and you get off 15 minutes. You also make your confirmation. You're an example to all the younger classes and much more. The down part is more tests and harder work. All of us are going to be out of this school in a couple of weeks- so sad! "First Year". It sounds so strange doesn't it? Okay that's all we have for now. Hope you liked our little story about how wonderful primary school was. Oh, and before we go, a big thank you to every teacher who put up with us and a special thanks to Ms. O' Reilly And Mrs. Dowling for helping us through everything!!! XOXO :] |

Bake Sale!!! Our Bake Sale was a big success! We raised €1,269 for the Zambia Project. We baked scones, muffins, cakes, brownies,c upcakes and lots more! We raised the most money from the fortune tellers and they were a great hit. Grace and Charly were the fortune tellers and were very funny and believable. We also did Guess how many? and Guess the Name. We had a lot of fun and are very grateful to everyone who contributed.
By Jodie & Kayla P.S. We broke a school record for raising the most money ever!!!!!! :]
